Well + Good Cookbook

When we heard Well + Good released their first-ever cookbook, and that there was an entire category devoted to recipes for better skin, we couldn't wait to get our hands on a copy. At Alpyn, we believe that what you feed your skin has as much importance as what you put on your skin so when possible, we try to incorporate foods rich in Vitamins C and E, antioxidants, and healthy doses of good-fats.

Well + Good curated over 100 go-to recipes 100 wellness experts and healthy foodies *really* cook at home on a busy weekday. None require a ton of ingredients or long prep times, and they’re all verified delish.

We put their Recipes for Better Skin to the test: from Melisse Gelula's Spicy Water Melon Salad to Kayla Itsines' Raspberry-Peach Smoothie Bowl...but in the end, our favorite had to be Summer Rayne Oaks' Broiled Ginger-Cinnamon Grapefruit. The recipe is a snack, breakfast, and dessert all in one. Here we're sharing the recipe and adding in some opportunity to wildcraft a few of the finishing ingredients for extra plant power.
